Which tool should I choose?
Start with the task: coat grooming, bath and paw cleaning, or household cleaning. Check individual compatibility and read How to Choose. A household fur-removal rake is not a pet-grooming tool.
Are your images actual product photographs?
No. Product and lifestyle images are AI-generated design illustrations, not verified photographs of supplied items. Background props are not included. Contact us to confirm exact specifications and compatibility before ordering.
Where do you ship, and in which currency?
We currently ship to the United States. Product prices and shipping thresholds are in USD. Taxes and any applicable charges appear at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99. See Shipping Policy for timing and limitations.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard transit takes another 10–15 business days after dispatch. These stages add together. Expedited service does not carry an unconfirmed guaranteed arrival date.
Can I cancel or change my address?
Email us promptly with the order number. We can only make changes if the order’s processing and shipment status allow it.
What is the return window?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Email us before sending the item, and read the eligibility, postage and refund details in our Return Policy.
Are these tools toys or veterinary treatments?
No. Keep tools and loose bags away from unsupervised pets and children. Stop if your pet is uncomfortable. Ask a qualified groomer or veterinarian about matting, skin irritation or another care concern.
